About the Authors

The co-authors of Business Law all hail from Staffordshire University.

David Kelly is Principal Lecturer in Law. He is also co-author (with Gary Slapper) of The English Legal System, 5th edition, and Sourcebook on the English Legal System, now in its second edition.

Ann Holmes is Associate Dean.

Ruth Hayward was formerly lecturer in law.
